***All package prices are for sessions done in my studio.***

Personal Training Sessions
Includes:
  • 75-minute consultation for the first session
  • Baseline measurements and movement screens
  • Discussion of goals and health history
  • Instruction on strength training, Pilates, cardiovascular training including HIIT (High
    Intensity Interval Training), weight loss, flexibility and bone health.
  • Usage of dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainer, Rip Trainer, Bosu, Stability
    Balls, Resistance Tubing, Gliding Discs, Pilates Rings, Bender Balls
  • Written exercise programs (if requested)

Individual Training:
 1 session: $80 each hour
 5 or more session package: $75 each hour

Long-term Training
 $70 each hour, payable in monthly installments
With long-term training, you commit to meeting 1-2x week for 3-6 months.
For example, if you train once a week for 6 months, you commit to 24 sessions for a total cost of
$1,680. You can break down this payment into installments if you wish, payable by check or
automatically charged via credit card.
If you must miss a few weeks because of sickness, travel, etc. we will make it up at the end of the
package.
