Hi Danielle!
I was one of the three attendees last Saturday at Fitness First in Arlington. I enjoyed the session and really appreciated the goal setting process.
I have two questions for you; first, can you add me to your newsletter listserv or is that just for your clients? Also, if you are going to set up a Cooking Club please let me know! My boyfriend (who is a nutrition nut) and I would love to be a part of something like that if our schedules allow. The second question I had is about my work. We have a “Healthy Companies” Committe that provides extracurricular activities to our colleagues. In the past, we’ve basically been the party planning committee but I want us to be more dynamic than that. I thought of you instantly. We have had brown bag sessions in the past where we have an expert from different fields (career or financial usually) come in pro bono to give us a quick tutorial or session. Is that something you could or would want to do? I can’t guarantee that it would lead to new clients but there is certainly a possibility! The session would probably have anywhere from about 10 to 30 people attending I’m guessing.
