Add Variety to your Workout with Exercise Videos
Are you getting tired of your same old exercise routine? Try renting workout videos via Netflix, from video rental stores, or from your local library. Exercise videos allow you to work out at home, are less expensive than most group classes or personal training, and add variety to your routine.
Netflix has hundreds of videos that have been reviewed by other users, so you won’t have to waste time on the bad ones. Also, you can keep them as long as you like.

You can even put the audio and video on your tv!
Here’s a video description of how to do it. It’s a little convoluted, but I can’t describe it any better:

Equipment you’ll need is the following:
For video –
A single RCA cable, an S Video cable, an HDMI cable, or a 15-pin VGA cable depending on your computer outputs.
For audio –
A Stereo RCA cable (with two RCA jacks)
and possibly one Stereo RCA to 1/8″ headphone jack converter
These items are readily available at Radio Shack, Best Buy, Circuit City — really anyplace that sells A/V equipment. Good luck getting it set up, and if you have any problems, leave a comment and I’ll try to help!
